How to Launch Your Program In Days Not Weeks

Launching a new program can feel daunting. Many people don’t love the complexity and stress that often comes with it. Traditional launch methods like webinars, events, and challenges can be stressful and resource-intensive. If you’ve tried these methods and found them lacking, or if you’re simply not thrilled with launching, I want to introduce you to a different approach.

The Challenges of Traditional Launching

Many of my clients come to me feeling the exhaustion of launching. They’ve tried complicated methods, didn’t get the results they wanted, and are looking for an easier way. If you’re ready to expand your offerings or launch a new program, but are hesitant due to previous experiences, a low-lift approach might be what you need.

The Low-Lift Launch Approach

The Low-Life Launch Approach works really well when you’re launching a new private, group, hybrid or mastermind program. Instead of needing to step time, money and energy on waiting to launch, it’s best to get your new program out and validated as soon as possible. Here’s how:

  1. Design and Set a Launch Date: Once your program is ready, choose a launch date. Don’t delay – start selling as soon as possible. In Impact we help clients not only design their program, but help them create the messaging and launch strategy that supports them best.
  2. Identify Your Most Ideal Clients: Think about who would benefit most from your new program and invite them personally. You don’t need a massive launch to offer your program the first time, a personal invitation works well.
  3. Expand Your Invitations: After your initial invites, expand your reach. Use social media, your email list, or other channels without hosting a webinar or event.
  4. Create Simple Invitations to Sales Conversations: Focus on crafting clear, compelling invitations that explain the benefits of your program and invite ideal clients to a Discovery Call.
  5. Practice Selling Your Program: One of the main reasons I encourage clients to launch simply is so they can validate their program through Sales Conversations. Before you have them, make sure you practice and walk through every part of your program so it’s easier for you to sell.
