Why would you even want to host a workshop? Who will come if you do? How will you even fill the seats?
Most people think I’m a bit crazy to be hosting my third workshop, what with all the work that goes into one. But when you’ve done one it’s easy to keep going. Especially if you host a one day workshop.
One of the biggest stumbling blocks most people have when hosting one is trying to fill their seats.
It really doesn’t have to be that hard, especially if you plan ahead.
