EXHIBITION (1)“What’s the secret to a 6-figure business?”

Every single time I have an Online Business Design Session with someone who’s interested in becoming a client they ask me this question or a version of it (insert $40, 50 or 60K here).

They’re frustrated and freaked out because as they say “I’m doing everything I think I’m supposed to be doing but I don’t know why I’m not making money”.

By the time they come to me they’re fed up, freaked out and totally frustrated because they can’t figure out how to do it on their own.

And the truth is…not everyone can (myself included).

Not everyone has what it takes to create and sustain a 6-figure business but those who do know that it takes doing the right things consistently and creating the right mindset to get there.

So what are those right things and how can you rewire your mind to achieve it.

Your mindset is key and yes I do believe in the Laws of Attraction and that you can manifest things you want in life. But manifestation alone doesn’t get you where you want to be.

Case in point, as you can see from this photo I’m sitting on a stage in front of nearly 100 entrepreneurs having an opportunity to get some coaching on how to take my business beyond 6-figures. Everyone in the room was given the same opportunity, yet I was only one of two people who got a chance in the hotseat. Why did I get this opportunity? Because I took action and visualized the result.

Instead of sitting back and wanting it to happen, I poured my heart out into the questionnaire, handed in my form and saw myself on the stage. Throughout the entire event I saw myself there, in front of everyone, getting a chance to get support, embracing the opportunity and seeing a better outcome – basically I took action and visualized the outcome.

What happened as a result? Total clarity and the rest of the event and the entire drive home I mapped out the programs I’m going to release in 2015 and the entire outline of my book.

Now that I’m home I’ve been taking the week to work on everything. To plan my next steps. But I recognize that I can’t do this all alone, so on Monday I hopped on a call with my coach and asked for support with a plan to get to where I want to go.

I have no doubt that I’ll achieve multiple 6-figures in 2015, because I have clarity and a plan to get there.

It’s important to recognize that coaches need coaches, business owners need mentors and there’s no shame in asking for help – it’s a wise business decision to do so.

In a few days I’ll be opening the doors for you to plan your most profitable year in business too. From your revenue generation, to marketing to how to get it all done! I’ll leave you with this thought and feel free to click the link to tweet it:

The reason business owners are able to create 6+figure businesses is because they visualize the outcome, seek guidance and support to get there, take action and trust the process!

Remember, manifestation alone isn’t what does it – it’s visualizing the outcome you want and taking the right actions to get there.

In the comments below I’d LOVE to hear from you, what’s one simple action you’re going to take today to move your business forward?

  1. Jeannie, so spot-on. I had that very conversation with someone today who was complaining that he’s doing everything, but stays stuck. I explained gently, but firmly and bluntly, that his actions just haven’t changed. It all takes hard work and determination. For months he’s been proclaiming, “I feel as though something is just around the corner.” I reply, “That’s wonderful–and how to do plan to see that through and make it happen?” Nothing.

    • Thank you for sharing that Irene-it’s really hard for us “action takers” to see others not take action isn’t it? Maybe he heard you this time!
