This past week my Revenue Makers Mastermind clients gathered together for their first live intensive of the year.
Often I’m asked what it’s like to run a Mastermind and when is the best time to add one to one’s business model.
First let me just say that although I call this a Mastermind, my program includes a combination of private coaching, group coaching, business development, sales, speaking and marketing curriculum as well as live and virtual learning and connection opportunities.
What I’ve found by participating in several over the course of the last few years is that I didn’t want to create one where it was mainly a group of individuals who were coaching one another. Instead, I wanted to create one where there’s community, education and mentorship.
This week I decided to pull back the curtains on what it’s like inside a Mastermind day. In the Facebook Live video below I take you into the experience. Tell you what we did. How I created an extra special experience for my clients and a few more surprises.
What you’ll notice is that I’ve come to find that the best way to achieve better results and more success is to work within 90 day segments. Any more than that, well – you’re likely to have a hard time focusing and feel overwhelmed when you can’t reach your goals.
