As a coach or service provider one of the things you need to be thinking about is your schedule.
When serving clients, no matter how many, it’s important to remember that you only have so many hours in a day.
You also have other things you’re doing to run your coaching or service-based business and as you start scaling your business to work with more people, you need to rethink your schedule.
In this episode I share some things to think about when it comes to creating a schedule that allows you to serve more people.
