Today I want to talk to you about your story as part of your signature talk, how to come up with your story, how long should your story be, and what you should include in your story.
First let’s start by talking about why you should have a story in your signature talk what story you will want to use.
As marketers attracting clients through speaking, we need to let people know a little bit about who we are. Now I fully believe that using speaking as a way to attract clients is one of the fastest ways to get clients. But even more, when people know who you are and can trust you they are more likely to buy from you. So by you telling your story or something about your credibility it allows people to know who you are and gives them permission to basically invest in what you offer.
Why is that so important? Essentially because it develops the like, know, and trust you need in order for your ideal client to buy from you.
