How to Break the Cycle of Doubt and Despair and Create a 6-Figure Business

Have you ever felt like giving up?

As in dump your website, take down your Facebook page and tell everyone that you’re closing your doors…

Yeah, I’ve felt that way too, more times than you know.

Especially when things weren’t going very well in my business.

It becomes a vicious cycle, one that’s hard to break.

But if you want to reach the next level of growth in your business you must break the cycle.

My cycle had to be broken when I had to get out of my own way and stop the madness inside my head.

The stuff I was telling myself and the things I was doing was sabotaging my success.

Doing things like:

• Working on projects that weren’t making me money
• Saying “yes” to people when I should have said “no”
• Not setting boundaries around my workspace and schedule
• Creating programs and working on my website when I should have been working on ways to bring in more business
• Telling myself that maybe I wasn’t cut out for being an entrepreneur
• Thinking I couldn’t consistently create a 6-figure income year after year
• Keeping one foot in my past corporate world thinking that I could always go back if things didn’t work out with my business

All of these thoughts in my head and the actions I was taking were leading me to a steady decline in my business.

The funny thing was that before I’d quit my job I’d successfully made money and gotten clients. But as soon as I quit, my mindset got the better of me.

Within 6 months I was nearly destitute and freaked out because I didn’t know how I was going to pay the bills.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that I really just needed someone to sit me down and create a system to follow that would keep me focused and disciplined so that all of the distractions would go away and the fear of failure would end.

Eventually I had to create it for myself and even though it was painful at the time, I ultimately was able to follow the blueprint and break through to 6 figures in 12 months.

You may be wondering how I did it. So today I’d like to share one of the keys to my success.

I created a 6-figure BluePrint.

That’s right, I mapped out a business model that would allow me to create 6-figures in 12 months. 

You see the key to making money isn’t just marketing, it’s planning how you’re going to make the money.

Identifying your income streams. Planning out how you’re going to make 6-figures. Mapping out when you’re going to make offers and creating a big picture roadmap to see it through.

This is the first step to 6-figure success and without doing this and creating your blueprint every year you will not achieve your financial goals.

Since doing this I’ve reached 6-figures and next year I’m mapping my plan for multiple 6-figures.
