Today I’m joined by my friend Donna Ashton for a special episode where we go behind the scenes and talk about some of the pivots I’ve made in my business over the last few years.

Today Donna interviews me about the pivots I’ve made to my online coaching business, how I’ve shifted from selling to the stage to selling online and why all selling of coaching programs and services should start with sales conversations (aka: Discovery Calls).

I’ve talked about my approach to selling before, but in this episode, I go into some of what I’ve learned over the last 12 years of running an online coaching business, lessons I’ve learned from selling from the stage, how I pivoted to selling my coaching programs when everything shifted a few years ago, my organic marketing approach and so much more.
