4 Steps to Creating Your Results-Based Offers

Have you ever taken a course, program or training and expected a specific result but at the conclusion of the program you were no further than you’d been when you started?
Have you ever worked with a coach or consultant who provided everything except guidance on how to achieve the specific result you were looking for?
You’re not alone, it’s happened to me too.
It’s the reason why I’ve put together all of my offers from my private coaching, SHINE Online Academy and all of my courses to always provide the result my clients are looking for.
When you provide results or solution based offers you will have highly satisfied clients and in return get great testimonials and have a fuller bank account.
So how do you put together your results-based offers?
Here are four simple steps to help:
Step 1: Find out your Ideal Client’s Struggle
In this critical first step you’ll want to understand what your ideal client is struggling with. What keeps them up at night? What is causing them pain or stress in their life?
What most business owners do wrong with this step is they think they know the problem but they don’t actually know it.
If you take the time to do your market research then you’ll be much further ahead of your competition.
Step 2: Identify Your Solution to Their Problem
In this step you’ll want to know how you can solve the problem your ideal client is having. This is when you marry their problem with the outcome your work provides.
What most business owners do wrong at this stage is they don’t provide the specific outcome that their client wants and they either hold back or miss the mark entirely.
So when I was putting together my Get More Clients Challenge program I knew that my ideal clients were trying to figure out how to get more clients. The outcome I provide is this program that helps them use simple online marketing strategies to fill their practice.
What I’ve done is created my specific outcome driven program to resolve the challenge my clients are having.
Step 3: Identify the Specific Solution Steps
In this step you want to break down the specific steps of your solution so that you can help your client achieve their desired result.
This part is essential because you need to make sure it’s outcome based.
For example, when I was putting together the steps for Get More Clients Challenge program I wrote out ever step that I teach my private clients to help them get more clients online. Within each step there is an outcome so that customers who purchase the program will get results every step of the way.

Step 4: Provide Exercises, Templates and Worksheets For Faster Results
In this final step you want to come up with exercises, templates or worksheets to you’re your ideal client move through the steps faster and easier.
When you do this it will make your work easier and allow your clients to get faster results.
When I designed my program I purposely put together audios, worksheets, illustrations and templates to help my clients move through the steps.
When you go through all of these steps you can then create better offers, courses, programs and training for your clients.
